Jeff Bezos – the businessman who is known to much as the founder and the permanent head of Amazon.com online store. He was given birth on January 12 in 1964 in the town of Albuquerque (State of New Mexico) of the United States of America.
Childhood and youth
Jeff never met the biological father. The boy was born when his mother was only 17 years old. Only four years later she managed to arrange private life. She became the immigrant's wife from Cuba of Miguel Bezos. The man adopted Jeff and had a great influence on formation of his personality.
Already at early age Jeff admired parents and all surrounding with the original thinking. Once he did not wish to go to bed because it did not like a bed. The boy did not think up anything better as by means of the screw-driver to try to disassemble it. The teenager he designed the alarm system thanks to which younger brothers and sisters could not creep imperceptibly to its room. Jeff's school considered one of the best pupils, and therefore to him charged to deliver a speech on behalf of graduates.
The guy with little effort entered Princeton University, having selected one of prestigious faculties with very difficult courses – faculty of electronic measuring instruments. Already then Jeff understood that at the computers the future therefore over the university program studied programming. To the termination of the university he was already considered the professional both in electrical equipment, and in computer science.
In 1986 it finds a job on Wall Street where begins to build career in the field of computer technologies. Among its other projects there was also a development of the international retail chain stores.

Jeff Bezos managed to build meteoric career. Soon he becomes the vice president of the large company D.E. Shaw & Co, but for a number of reasons leaves the post in the middle of the summer of 1994. Same year it opens Amazon.com online store – one of the first sites allowing to buy goods of mass demand through the Wide Area network. Opening of shop in the virtual space which began to develop promptly cost Jeff 300 thousand dollars. It is considered that the website began the work on July 16, 1995, but actually by that moment it was not debugged, constantly there were errors. For example, some users with surprise noticed that they can order the negative number of textbooks and other literature. Bezos hurried: its project was one of the first, and therefore the aspiration seemed to be ahead of competitors more important than quality. However, soon all defects eliminated. In 1997 the stocks Amazon.com went on public sale.

In 2000 Jeff Bezos invested money in designing and preparation for start of private space shuttles. He so strongly dreamed to make quicker space flights available to all that he founded the aero comic agency, constructed the spaceport on own ranch and started the Blue Origin project.
In 2013 he buys publishing holding The Washington Post for 250 million dollars.
One more interesting fact of the biography of Jeff is the actor's experiment. In one of scenes of the movie "Star Trek: Infinity" he played a role of the alien.
To find the ideal companion of life, Bezos suited the real casting. The main requirement was in that the girl unconventionally thought and could surprise it constantly. As a result the woman working in his company by the name of Mackenzie became Jeff's spouse. The defects was successful. Soon in family children appeared: at first one by one three son, and then couple adopted the Chinese girl.

Stocks of Amazon constantly grow in the price. Since the beginning 2018 they rose in price more than for a quarter.
In March, 2018 Jeff's capital was 131 billion dollars.
