Pork shish kebab - one of traditional dishes of our country. He is trained not only by houses, but also at expensive restaurants, and in usual shashlik houses. Wine marinade

Cut onions (2-3 pieces), to mix with a ground barberry (1/4 tsps); white dry wine (100 ml), white wine vinegar of 3-4 tablespoons). Add to mix salt and pepper (to taste), bay leaf (3-4 pieces). Lay out small pieces of pork in the turned-out marinade. Remove in the fridge for 12 hours.

Tomato marinade
