1.     Pastries in the form of bagels, croissants, buns and also pasta and rice increase risk of development of a depression in women aged from 50 years.

2.     Soft carbonated drinks. Very often we buy Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Fanta. Such drinks have negative effect on immunity and contribute to the development of a depression.

3.     Fast food. People who regularly eat in institutions of fast food for 51% are more inclined to development of a depression unlike those whom cunning tricks of marketing specialists of such companies as McDonald's don't attract, KFC and other similar institutions.

Of course, not everything is so bad. If you occasionally dare to drink sparkling water and to have a snack on hot dog or cheeseburger (for example, once a month), then and the depression doesn't threaten you. However if you can't live without French fries or Big Mac, in liters you absorb carbonated drinks, then you seriously should think of the health and revision of food.

Our organism directly depends on food. It is possible to receive energy only from quality and correct products, but in any way not from fast food which is stuffed with transfats, carcinogens and other harmful additives. At regular consumption, besides a depression, the heap of other problems can appear: excess weight, cardiovascular insufficiency, slackness, violation of work of internals, etc.
