This diet will suit all people, by means of it possibly not only to throw off several kilograms, but also to improve mood. The recommended period for observance of a diet - fall/winter. The daily diet included products which promote production of hormone of joy. Duration is from 3 to 7 days.

Instruction

1. Feature of this diet is the lack of the strict menu, but is it is necessary only the recommended products from the list which can be combined during the day. So, what it is necessary to eat to enjoy life: - fish (tuna, trout, mackerel, sardines) and seafood; - fowl (chickens or turkeys), beef liver; - eggs; - fermented milk products and a fresh milk, it is possible cheese; - vegetables: asparagus, carrots, green onions, celery, garlic, tomatoes, peas and paprika, bush pumpkins; - berries and fruit (bananas, citruses, kiwi, blackcurrant, cranberry); - nuts (walnuts); - blues; - bean (haricot, lentil); - seasonings and spices (rosemary, basil, tarragon, oregano); - chocolate (dark and bitter); - broths of herbs (mint, St. John's wort, oregano).

2. Everything that isn't included into the allowed list of products, can't be used. Bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks, greasy food are presented in the list of main ""enemies"" of good mood. They need to be excluded strictly for the period of a diet.

3. We will provide the approximate menu of a diet for good mood per day: Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, cup of a green tea, apple or orange. Lunch: the turkey stewed in sour cream with vegetables, chicken soup, bananas with whipped cream. Afternoon snack: fruit. Dinner: the fish baked with cheese, cottage cheese with fruit. For the night - to accept soothing collecting.
