Flat cake I kabit the Algerian origin. The stuffing at it is made of tomatoes and has a crisp. It is very easy to make flat cake. It turns out gentle, nourishing and tasty. You surprise with such dish the guests.
It is required to you
- - 250 g of semolina
- - 80 ml of vegetable oil
- - 25 ml of water
- - 3 tomatoes
- - 1 onions
- - 1 tsps of tomato paste
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - parsley
Instruction
1. At first take semolina and add to it vegetable oil. Mix properly a nimbus.
2. A small stream add water. Knead dough. Close dough a towel or a film.
3. Prepare a stuffing. Fill in tomatoes with hot water, rind with them and cut in cubes.
4. Chop small onions, fry on vegetable oil. Add tomatoes, 1 tsp of tomato paste, salt, pepper to taste.
5. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll each part in round layer. On the first layer put a stuffing, then cover with the second layer. Jam edges. Pierce flat cake a fork.
6. Put in the furnace warmed up to 180 degrees and bake before emergence of golden color, about 10 minutes. Cut and give on a table.
