Fruit salad with cottage cheese – very tasty dessert from the category of low-calorie dishes. It is possible to train him during any season and if it is successful to experiment with gas stations, nutlets and dried fruits, the delicacy every time will look and be felt absolutely in a new way.

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt - 40 ml;
  • Nectarine - 2 pieces;
  • Friable cottage cheese - 150 g;
  • Apples - 2 fruits;
  • Granulated sugar;
  • Plums - 5 pieces.

Preparation:

  • Fruit for salad have to be perfect, mature and carefully washed up. It is optional to peel apples, but if the skin after all confuses you, it can be cut off. We cut pulp on quarters, and then, having taken out a core, we crumble slices of any size.
  • Crushing other fruits, try to observe the same size, as at apples. We divide a nectarine into halves, we delete a stone and we chop pulp with cubes.
  • When choosing plums pay attention to how the stone separates – if it departs from pulp easily, it is possible to clean and cut fruit.
  • Now we will unite pieces of fruits in a bowl. We will mix and will temporarily set aside aside.
  • Cottage cheese for salad sweeten to own taste – someone quite enough tablespoon of granulated sugar, and someone prefers to do without this ingredient at all – fruit pieces in itself quite sweet.
  • We mix cottage cheese with yogurt. The product can be taken also with filler, and natural - without additives.
  • It is recommended to serve salad in ice-cream bowls: it will turn out beautifully and very effectively. We distribute fruit mix in the equal portions, and we form accurate balls of granular cottage cheese and yogurt weight. We spread them over the cut fruits.
