  • - pinch of ground grains of cardamom.

Instruction

1. We connect yeast to warm, but not hot milk, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. We leave in the warm place for 1 hour.

2. At this time until white we will shake up yolks with sugar. In an hour in the raging sponge dough we will sift a third of flour, then we will add yolks, and from above - a third more of flour. We will begin to knead with circular motions. As soon as all flour mixed up with damp ingredients, we shift dough to the surface pollinated by flour, and we disturb, slowly rubbing oil into dough, warming it palms.
