  • sunflower oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • chicken thighs – 7 pieces;
  • natural honey – 1 tablespoon;
  • cognac – 2 tablespoons;
  • mustard powder – 1 tablespoon;
  • salt;
  • chicken seasoning.

Instruction

1. Before baking a dish, carefully wash out each chicken thigh and then dip a paper towel to remove moisture.

2. Mix in a bowl honey, mustard, cognac, spices with salt and oil. Apply the received marinade on chicken thighs from all directions.
