How to bake pie ""Tears of an Angel"

Pie turns out fantastically tasty and gentle. A sand basis, a cottage cheese stuffing and airy souffle - it should be tried. On the cooled-down pie there are small caramel droplets which are similar to tears. For this reason pie received the name ""Tears of an Angel"".

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 100 grams of margarine,
  • - 200 grams of wheat flour,
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 3 tablespoons of kefir,
  • - 0.5 h spoon of soda.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 1 tablespoon of wheat flour,
  • - 5 tablespoons of sugar,
  • - 1 h soda spoon,
  • - 500 grams of cottage cheese,
  • - 0.2 grams of vanillin,
  • - 3 yolks.
  • For souffle:
  • - 0.2 grams of vanillin,
  • - 3 proteins,
  • - 3 tablespoons of icing sugar.

Instruction

1. Fill 200 grams of a sifted flour in a cup, rub in it 100 grams of the cooled margarine, grind in a crumb.

2. In other bowl break egg, add two tablespoons of sugar (better than reed), a pinch of vanillin and a half of a teaspoon of soda, mix. Pour in three tablespoons of kefir.

3. Connect liquid weight to a dry-mix (flour and margarine). Knead dough, create a sphere and remove in the fridge for 20 minutes.

4. Wipe 500 grams of cottage cheese through a sieve.

5. In a baking dish lay out dough, create sides. It isn't necessary to grease. If desired dough before a bookmark in a form, it is possible to roll with a rolling pin. Pierce dough a fork in several places.

6. Warm an oven to 180 degrees. Bake the first layer of dough ten minutes.

7. Separate the yolks from the whites. Put a cup with proteins in the fridge.

8. Mix yolks with five tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Add a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of soda, mix to a uniform state. Mix an egg mixture with the wiped cottage cheese.

9. Get a form with a basis under pie from an oven. Put a cottage cheese stuffing on a basis. Put a form in an oven for 50 minutes.

10. At the end of pastries make souffle. For this purpose beat the cooled whites. In two minutes after the beginning of beating, add to the whites icing sugar and vanillin. Shake up three more minutes.

11. Get pie from an oven. Lay proteinaceous weight on pie. Bake pie of 15 more minutes, then switch off an oven and open a door. Don't get pie, let cools down in an oven. Accurately take out the cooled-down pie from a form, shift to a plate and give to tea.
