Potatoes for many are a favourite product from which it is possible to prepare a huge number of dishes. Someone likes gentle texture of puree, and someone doesn't represent also day without crunchy potato chips. It is possible to make crunchy potato at home according to the simple and fast recipe.

It is required to you

  • - 4 potatoes of the average size (it is possible to take red and white grades);
  • - on a pinch of salt and pepper;
  • - on a pinch of a garlic and onion powder;
  • - on a half of a teaspoon of dried herbs – a thyme, parsley, rosemary and an oregano;
  • - 2 spoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 spoons of grated parmesan.


1. We warm an oven up to 190C. Very well we wash out potatoes and we cut on very thin circles. Than less thickness, especially crunchy will turn out potatoes.

2. We spread potatoes in a bowl, we pour out in it all spicery, seasonings and herbs. We add olive oil and we mix potatoes that it became covered with fragrant mix.

3. We spread potatoes on a baking tray and we strew with a grated cheese. We bake within 20 minutes till golden color. The most tasty potato chips are ready!
