  • - 2-3 tablespoons of potato starch,
  • - cinnamon and vanillin to taste.

Instruction

1. Buy all necessary ingredients. Keep in mind that in this case it is possible to use not each chocolate. Best of all the classical black tile without fillers and bubbles will approach. It is the best of all to use milk with the maximum content of fat. Will approach in principle any integral (not powder) and is fresher, but will be so more tasty.

2. Pour starch into one glass of milk a thin stream, constantly stirring slowly that it wasn't formed lumps. Set aside a glass before full dissolution of starch aside.

3. Pour out the remained milk in a pan and put it on small fire. Break a chocolate tile on small squares and begin to add to this capacity when liquid is warmed up approximately to fifty degrees gradually.
