Instruction

1. Self-made with fruitGelatinwet jelly in powder in a glass with cold boiled water. Let's gelatin bulk up within 30 minutes. In a bucket pour a berry or fruit juice, add granulated sugar. Boil. Cool a little and pour in the bulked-up gelatin. At constant stirring completely dissolve gelatin. Filter in a deep bowl. Add pieces of fruit and berry to liquid. Cool to slightly viscous state.

2. Cover ready cake with a thin layer of jam or jam. The product has to be in a split mold which boards are higher than cake level.
