  • Cucumber sauce:
    • 1 cucumber;
    • 2 garlic gloves;
    • fennel;
    • Mushroom sauce:
    • 1 tablespoon of dried mushrooms;
    • 1 tablespoon of flour;
    • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
    • 1 bulb;
    • Unusual sauce:
    • 5 glass of sour cream (mayonnaise);
    • 2 glasses of yogurt (natural);
    • greens;
    • mustard;
    • 4 eggs;
    • salt
    • Sour cream sauce:
    • 1 glass of meat soup;
    • 5 glass of sour cream;
    • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
    • 1 tablespoon of flour;
    • salt;

Instruction

1. Cucumber sauce. Grate fresh or pickled cucumber. Miss garlic gloves through a press or small chop. Crush fennel. Mix all ingredients, having seasoned with mayonnaise. Such sauce perfectly will approach hot potatoes with meat or fish.

2. Mushroom sauce. Such sauce is cooked very much quickly and simply. Wash out dry mushrooms in warm water and wet them for 2-3 hours. Without draining water, boil them without salt addition. Warm up sunflower oil on slow fire in a small frying pan. Add a tablespoon of flour there and roast till golden-brown color. Mix two glasses of the filtered hot mushroom broth with a roasted flour. Bring everything to the boil and extinguish 10-15 minutes on weak fire. Crush onions and roast on sunflower oil, having added the welded mushrooms. Mix everything. Decorate ready sauce with greens and give to a table.

3. Unusual sauce. This recipe is good the fact that ingredients in it can be changed freely. For example, it is possible to use any fresh greens, considering flavoring addictions of guests. Small chop a celery, a tarragon, fennel and parsley. Boil eggs 5-7 minutes. Mix sour cream, yogurt and the wiped eggs.
