- - 1 paprika
- - 5 tablespoons of tomato paste

Instruction
1. Before beginning to cook beef, it needs to be processed. Take meat, carefully wash out it, dry on a paper towel. Remove from it veins and excess fat. Cut meat pieces 1.5-2 cm thick then well beat off beef pieces. Cut chops on thin long pieces.
2. On a frying pan pour vegetable oil, very well heat it, and then lay out beef in a frying pan. Fry meat on average fire of 4-7 minutes.
3. Wash out tomatoes and pepper in cool water. From above make an incision tomatoes, drench with abrupt boiled water for 30-60 seconds, peel. Either grate the peeled tomatoes, or crush in the blender. Cut pepper on 2 parts, remove all seeds, cut on small cubes. Shift vegetables in a bowl, add tomato paste there, mix.
4. Take a deep thick-walled frying pan, lay out in it vegetables with tomato paste, put on fire and you extinguish 10 minutes, stirring slowly. Have to be stewed vegetables under the closed cover.

7. Cut pickled cucumbers in cubes, put in a frying pan, you extinguish everything together 5 minutes under a cover, salt, pepper and mix. The beef stewed with pickled cucumbers, lay out on plates and give to a table.
