Beef – very tasty meat which is highly appreciated by nutritionists and gourmets from around the world. The product differs in the high content of zinc and iron that does it useful to a human body. From such meat it is possible to prepare a set of the most various dishes, for example, juicy beef with vegetables and a green salad which will be ideal for a New Year's table.

The following ingredients will be necessary for preparation of tasty beef with vegetables:

  • cherry tomatoes for giving,
  • leaves of a green salad for giving,
  • rosemary branch,
  • any spices for beef,
  • salt,
  • 60 ml of olive oil,
  • 500 g of pulp of beef.

Preparation stages:

  • Carefully wash out a piece of beef under flowing water and cut it on three identical flank steaks about three centimeters thick.
  • Take any seasonings for meat and connect them to 60 milliliters of olive oil, a salt pinch. Cover each piece of beef with the turned-out marinade from all directions. Pickle meat in heat about one and a half hours. Then lay out pieces in the heated frying pan, fry from each party on four minutes, the crisp won't appear yet.
  • Shift fried beef in a baking tray, bake in the oven which is previously warmed to two hundred degrees within 20-30 minutes.
  • While pieces of marinated meat are baked, wash out cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves, dry. Cut tomatoes on halves, tear salad hands.
  • Lay out ready beef in plates, nearby put lettuce leaves, over them a half of cherry tomatoes and rosemary.
