Cabbage fritters - a dish gentle, but peculiar on taste. Cabbage fritters very quickly and simply are cooked, their preparation doesn't require any special skills in cookery.

It is required to you

  • - 200-250 grams of a white cabbage;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 1 egg (crude);
  • - 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder (it is possible to use soda);
  • - 150 milliliters of kefir (fat content about 2.5%);
  • - 4 tablespoons of flour;
  • - bunch of parsley and fennel;
  • - salt (to taste).

Instruction

1. First of all wash out cabbage, remove leaves, unsuitable for food, then chop cabbage thin strips. If leaves at vegetable quite firm, then in this case them it is better to grate. Put the crushed cabbage in a deep wide bowl.

2. Carefully wash out fennel with parsley in cold water and very small cut. Shift greens in a bowl to cabbage, salt and properly you remember all this weight hands until cabbage doesn't give juice.

3. Peel onions, grate it and shift to cabbage weight. Add kefir to a bowl and mix everything.

4. In a separate bowl shake up egg (when beating it is possible to add a salt pinch), then connect the turned-out mix with cabbage weight.

5. Sift flour, put in it baking powder and pour out in a bowl with cabbage. Carefully mix everything that there were no lumps. As a result the weight on consistences reminding dense sour cream has to turn out (if weight turned out thinnish, then it is necessary to add still flour, but no more than two spoons, otherwise fritters to turn out not magnificent).

6. Put a frying pan on fire, pour in it vegetable oil and heat it. By means of a usual tablespoon lay out in a frying pan flat circles from the test and fry them on both sides before formation of an appetizing crust.

7. Lay out ready fritters on a plate and let's cool down slightly. Give to a table with portion of sour cream.
