Instruction

1. Depending on preferences of fat content and density of milk also proportions of components undertake. I take on 0.8 liters of a total product of half of liter of the crude nuts. Cleaned seeds on volume there will be about 300-350 ml. Nuts should be shelled, it isn't obligatory to clean off a film.

2. Further nuts are crushed by the blender or in a mortar a pestle. Water to necessary density is gradually added. If you use the blender, add to cedar seeds a little liquid at once. It will allow not to burn the equipment and more carefully to crush kernels.
