  • 4 eggs;
  • 200 g of a desi;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Preparation:

For a start it is necessary to separate the whites from the yolks then whites should be beaten together with icing sugar. We put protein whips on a water bath and it is carefully mixed until to be dissolved sugar. We add fresh lemon juice to the received mix and we shake up weight before formation of magnificent and dense foam. Then we add a desi and again we shake up all ingredients.

Readiness of cream can be checked, having just turned ware. If proteins strong hold a form and don't drop out, everything means it is made correctly. Before starting decoration of cakes, cream needs to be cooled previously, having placed it in the fridge for 1 hour.
