Apple home brew possesses a pleasant flavor and aroma. It is simple to make it in house conditions, but process takes a lot of time. Especially this recipe is useful when you have a lot of fallen-down apples which need to be used somehow.

It is required to you

  • - ripe apples of 15 kg
  • - water of 10 l
  • - sugar of 2 kg
  • - yeast powder of 50 g
  • - rubber medical glove or hydrolock

Instruction

1. The first that needs to be made - to touch apples, to clean, cut. For preparation of home brew use both pulp, and a peel.

2. Squeeze out juice from apples, using the juice extractor. If you don't have it, can grate apples on a usual grater and further use pulp. Pay attention if you cook apple pulp, it has to be homogeneous mass.

3. Part yeast with the warm, but not boiling water (you can read the full instruction on packing with yeast). Place apple juice, yeast, water and sugar in capacity, mix to homogeneous mass.

4. Put on a rubber medical glove a capacity neck, previously puncture in it with a needle an opening around a finger. If you have a hydrolock - use it. Leave mix to wander for 30-40 days in the dark place.

5. When home brew is ready, the glove will be blown off. Filter home brew to full transparency, get rid of a deposit. From the turned-out home brew it is possible to make apple moonshine or to use as independent low alcohol drink.

6. Also you can make home brew without addition of yeast - then it will be called cider. Before preparation not to spoil 15 kg of apples, it is better to carry out the small test: grind 1 kg of apples. Important: it is necessary to fray apples without having washed them - on a surface yeast fermentations contain. Leave to wander for 2-3 days - so you will understand, whether rather sweet apples for fermentation.
