It is required to you

  • 1 glass of kefir
    • 1 egg
    • flour
    • salt
    • soda
    • 400 g of potatoes
    • 1 bulb
    • vegetable oil

Instruction

1. First of all make dough. For it it is better to get kefir from the fridge in advance. Mix kefir with egg and salt. Constantly disturbing, pour in the small portions flour. When dough reaches consistence of sour cream, add soda and continue to implicate flour. Ready dough has to turn out elastic and not sticking to hands. Let's the test lie down minutes 40-45.

2. Boil potatoes, mash it liquids, hot without addition. Fry the onions cut in small cubes on vegetable oil, mix it with potatoes. Let's a stuffing cool down a little.

3. Separate a small piece from the test, roll it in flat cake, lay on it a stuffing, hiss a usual seam. Turn pie a seam down and accurately walk on it a rolling pin that thin flat cake turned out.

4. Warm couple of spoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Bake pies 2-3 minutes before education on them a ruddy-golden crust.
