Instruction

1. Regulate amount of ingredients depending on that how many finally it is necessary sauce. Fermented baked milk, sour cream and mayonnaise there has to be approximately identical volume (for example, on 150 grams). Mix fermented baked milk, sour cream and mayonnaise in a deep bowl. Mix before receiving homogeneous mass. It will be a basis for sauce.

2. Add a tablespoon of sugar and as much salt (at 150-200 grams of each fermented milk product). Again carefully mix everything.

3. Wash up a lemon, cut it in half, and a half once again on two parts. Take a quarter of a lemon and squeeze out from it juice in a bowl with sauce.
