How to make simple fish roll from a saury in an oven

The fish roll made from a saury perfectly will add the daily menu and it will be fine to look on a holiday table. The saury contains a set of valuable minerals and fats therefore roll will turn out not only tasty, but also useful.

It is required to you

  • – fillet of a saury (120 g);
  • – white bread (25 g);
  • – onion (40 g);
  • – egg (1 piece);
  • – fennel (5 g);
  • – desi (15 g);
  • – ground crackers (15 g);
  • – salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Take fillet of fish, carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water. Place fillet in the meat grinder or the blender and crush. Add salt and pepper to the received mix, well mix once again.

2. Wash fennel, small cut. Exempt onions from a peel, cut on large pieces. Divide bread hands into small parts. Shift all ingredients and egg in a minced fish and again mix before formation of uniform consistence. Forcemeat for roll has to turn out air, but at the same time not liquid. Leave mix for 10-15 minutes.

3. Lay a baking tray culinary paper, grease with cooking fat, strew with crackers, lay out forcemeat, having evenly leveled on a baking sheet surface. Bake a dish in an oven about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 150-160 degrees.

4. Pull out a baking tray from an oven, let's a dish cool down a little. Accurately take hands one edge of the turned-out layer and slowly curtail into roll. From above still spread warm roll with a desi and wait until the dish becomes impregnated.

5. From above roll can be decorated with thinly cut vegetables or olives. Don't forget before cutting of roll on portion pieces a little to moisten a knife. So roll will easier cut.
