- sugar – 70 g. That you could make the real invigorating drink with an astringent and sweetish flavor, it is necessary to use a purchased dried culture which is simple for finding in grocery stores. It is made their different grades of bread and also includes such important component as malt.

Take three liters of water and boil them. Put a dried culture in bank and fill in hot liquid. Cover a vessel of kapron and leave at the room temperature to infuse for 2 hours. Add in bank with ferment 25 grams of sugar and carefully move it. Leave all this to infuse for 30 minutes, having covered a vessel neck with a napkin. Preparation of sweetish kvass with the Borodino bread

The following ingredients are necessary for preparation of kvass according to this recipe: - 3 l of water; - 10 g of yeast (it is better to use dry); - 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar; - 1 piece of the Borodino bread (it is possible to use stale). Take bread and break it on small pieces. Put water on fire and you will bring to the boil. Fill in with hot liquid bread and leave to infuse for 4 hours. Better if it is the solar place. Filter ferment, add to it sugar and yeast. Leave all this in the warm place for several days. Then pour ready kvass in other capacity, previously surely filter it. Then you can enjoy its aroma and sweetish taste.
