Instruction
1. At first peel almonds. It needs to be filled in with hot water for 5-7 minutes, the skin will easily be removed. Crush almonds in the blender. Turn brown granulated sugar into powder.
2. Make dough. Mix a desi, flour, a yolk, icing sugar, the crushed almonds, 1 tablespoon of cold water, mix everything to homogeneous mass and knead dough.
3. Inwrap dough in food wrap and remove in a cold spot for 35-45 minutes.
4. Prepare an almond cream. Mix an almond crumb, 100 g of a desi, add 0.5 tablespoons of flour, vanillin, granulated sugar, orange liqueur, egg, properly shake up everything and remove in a cold spot.
5. Roll dough and lay out in a baking pan, pin a fork. On dough put paper for baking and peas. Put in the furnace warmed up to 180 degrees and bake 10-12 minutes. Then remove peas and paper and put in the furnace again for 8-10 minutes.
6. Get an almond cream from the fridge and cool it about 5-7 minutes. Cut plum by segments. On tart lay out an almond cream, from above lay out plums and decorate with almond petals. Put in the furnace, and bake 35-40 minutes.
