Tasty croutons perfectly will be suitable for a children's afternoon snack in combination with various drinks. It isn't a shame to offer them also to the girlfriend who unexpectedly ran on a visit. Friable, simply melting in the mouth, croutons will be to the taste to your house. Bake their once, and they will remain in your menu forever.

It is required to you

  • 3 eggs;
    • 1 glass of sugar;
    • 250 g of margarine;
    • 5 teaspoons of soda;
    • vinegar;
    • 5 teaspoons of salt;
    • 5 glasses of flour.

Instruction

1. Shake up the mixer 2 eggs with 1 glass of sugar and 0.5 teaspoons of salt before full dissolution of granulated sugar.

2. Grate margarine, put it in sugar and egg mix, without stopping shaking up it. Homogeneous mass has to turn out.

3. Extinguish 0.5 teaspoons of soda vinegar and add to dough. Well stir everything.

4. Pour 2.5 glasses of flour into ware and knead dough. Divide it into 5 parts and create from them the oblong buns on appearance reminding cut long loaf.

5. Lay a baking tray paper for pastries, lay out on it buns.

6. Shake up 1 egg and by means of a silicone brush grease with it future croutons. Bake them in the oven warmed up to 180-200 degrees. Dough will rise and will become golden color.

7. Carefully remove the baked bars from a baking sheet on a cutting board, cut them on slices.

8. Spread out croutons to a baking tray and again put in an oven. Redden them from two parties. The most tasty croutons are ready. To a table they can be given both hot, and cold. Bon appetit!
