It is required to you

  • - champignons - 0.3 kg;
  • - onion medium-sized - 3 pieces;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - potatoes - 2 pieces;
  • - garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - a sprinkling pepper - 1/2 h l;
  • - flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • - bell pepper - 5 pieces;
  • - bay leaf - 1-2 pieces;
  • - fresh greens;
  • - sunflower oil.

Instruction

1. We peel carrots and we cut circles, we clean bulbs and we crumble one of them small cubes. We put vegetables in a pan and we fill in with 2 liters of cold water. We add bay leaf and bell pepper and we cook 25-30 minutes.

2. While broth with vegetables cooks, we clean potatoes and we cut in cubes. We pour out them in a pan and we cook a quarter more of hour.

3. We wash out champignons if it is necessary, we delete dark places and we cut thin plates, small we crumble the remained bulbs. In a frying pan we warm sunflower oil, we spread mushrooms and onions, we strew with spices and we fry 5-6 minutes, stirring slowly from time to time.

4. In a dry frying pan within 5 minutes we fry flour, it has to get a golden shade.

5. In a pan with broth we spread champignons with onions and we pour out flour, continuously mixing that lumps weren't formed. We cook soup of 15-20 more minutes.

6. We peel garlic from a peel and we pass through a chesnokodavka or very small we crumble. We remove a pan with soup from fire, we pour out in it garlic. By means of the blender we turn soup into puree.

7. We touch greens, we wash out, we allow to dry slightly and it is very small cut. We spill a ready-to-eat meal on plates and we strew with the crushed greens.
