It is required to you

  • - 350 g of oranges,
  • - 1 lemon,
  • - 500 g of granulated sugar.

Instruction

1. For jam it is better to use young squash with a soft skin and soft sunflower seeds. If you use old squash, then husk and clean from sunflower seeds. Wash out squash and cut them in average cubes. Put squash cubes in a pan in which you will cook jam.

2. Well wash out oranges with a lemon (it is possible to use a brush and a small amount of soda). A small grater remove a dried peel which mix with squash from fruit.

3. From fruit by means of a knife cut off a white thin skin. Cut pulp of fruit small pieces which mix with squash. From oranges and a lemon delete stones, even one small stone can give bitterness to ready jam.

4. Fill up the prepared ingredients for jam with sugar (it is possible to use reed) and leave approximately for half an hour - hour. During this time from squash and fruit juice will be emitted. You cook jam in two approaches. Prepare jars (sterilize). Spread out hot jam on jars, roll up covers, cover with a towel and leave to cool down, then remove to the storeroom or a cellar on storage.
