  • - sunflower oil - 85 ml (5 tablespoons);
  • - starch - 1 tablespoon;
  • - vanillin - 5 g;
  • - baking soda - on a knife tip;
  • - salt - on a knife tip;
  • - cold water - 6 tablespoons (110 g);
  • - icing sugar for ornament - 1 tablespoon (at will);
  • - baking dish.

Instruction

1. In several hours before preparation shift cherry from the freezer in the fridge and wait until it completely is defrozen. Remove juice which will be emitted in the course of a defrosting, and shift ready cherry in a bowl.

2. Train on a table the worker a surface. Sift flour in a separate bowl, add to it salt, soda, 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanillin. Then pour in cold water and sunflower oil. Knead a soft elastic dough. After that cover a bowl with the test and remove in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. When time comes to an end, divide dough into two unequal parts and roll from them layers. Oil a baking dish any and lay out in it bigger layer (its edges at the same time have to hang down slightly).
