  • - sugar - 500-700 g;

Instruction

1. Lemons very carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water. It should be made because the dried peel will participate in preparation of the Turkish lemonade too. Crush fruit, having cut on pieces of the average size.

2. Place the cut lemons in the blender. Add to them a small amount of granulated sugar and leaflets of mint. Crush educated mix. If you have no this device, then can grate fruit by means of an average or large grater, the most important - with a dried peel. Thus, at you the weight reminding gruel on the consistence will turn out.

3. Lay out gruel from lemons in deep ware and fill in with 5 liters of a cold clear water. Hot or warm water can't be used at all as it will spoil drink - it will taste bitter. There you vysypit granulated sugar. Place the received weight in the fridge for the whole night. If to leave future lemonade at the room temperature, then it will turn out bitter too.
