How to make vegan ice cream with a coco and pistachio nuts

Even if you not the vegan, for certain will be to the taste to you this refreshing dessert on the basis of coconut milk!

It is required to you

  • For 6 portions:
  • - 1125 of coconut milk;
  • - 1.5 glasses of coconut flakes;
  • - 0.8 glasses of granulated sugar;
  • - 0.8 glasses of salty pistachios;
  • - 1.5 tsps of extract of vanilla;
  • - 3 tsps of bourbon.

Instruction

1. For more saturated aroma prior to preparation dry coconut flakes (it is also possible to use coconut flakes) in a dry frying pan or in an oven.

2. In a small stewpan mix a half of norm of coconut milk with granulated sugar. Put mix on average fire and, stirring slowly, wait for full sugar remelting. Then remove a stewpan with sweet milk from a ring and add to it the remained milk, extract of vanilla and bourbon (alcohol will promote obtaining the necessary consistence, don't neglect it!). Carefully mix all ingredients and put on cold for a couple of hours.

3. Then move mix to an ice-cream parlor and mix within half an hour.

4. In half an hour shift weight in spacious capacity and pour coconut flakes (-leave not all a little!) and all salty pistachio nuts which at will can be crushed previously by means of, for example, rolling pin. Mix that nuts were distributed in coconut weight.

5. Lay out parchment paper a container for ice cream. Shift weight there, powder with coconut flakes and put for 4 hours in the freezer. Approximately for half an hour before giving get it and leave at the room temperature that it was easy to be spread out on ice-cream bowls.
