How to prepare cream for cupcakes: scalded, chocolate and sour cream

Cupcake is the small cake made of the air test and covered with gentle cream. For a hat from cream this delicacy is loved by thousands of people. If you already learned to cook cupcakes, then time to master art of preparation of various creams for decoration of this remarkable dessert came.

Custard for cupcakes

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 20 g of a desi.

Preparation:

In deep ware we mix eggs, flour and 1 tablespoon of milk. In the separate enameled bowl we mix sugar from the milk remains then we put mix on slow fire and we bring it to the boil. When liquid begins to boil, gradually we pour in it in the first part of milk with flour and eggs. It is necessary to cook cream until thick – about 5-7 minutes.

We remove weight from fire, we add to it a desi, then carefully we mix and we leave to cool down to room temperature. Before decorating cupcakes, custard should be placed for some time in the fridge for hardening.

Cream for cupcakes from sour cream and condensed milk

Necessary ingredients:

  • 1 bank of a condensed milk;
  • 200 g of a desi;
  • 200 g of sour cream;
  • 300 g of the crushed walnuts.

Preparation:

For a start we shake up a condensed milk with slightly softened desi. If desired it is possible to use boiled condensed milk. We add sour cream, the crushed nuts to the received mix and again we shake up all ingredients to a uniform state. We remove ready cream to be cooled in the fridge then we decorate with it newly-baked cakes.

Chocolate cream for cupcakes

Necessary ingredients:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • 50 g of honey;
  • 250 ml of cream.

Preparation:

For a start we mix cream with liquid honey in the enameled ware, we place mix on slow fire and we bring it to the boil. Then small portions added to honey and creamy weight bitter chocolate. Slowly we stir slowly mix before dissolution of chocolate and achievement of uniform consistence. We remove ware from fire and we stir slowly weight each 5 minutes before full cooling. Before decorating cupcakes with chocolate cream, it should be cooled previously in the fridge.
