  • Mincemeat – 300 g; 
  • Hard cheese – 100 g;
  • Onions turnip – 1 piece;
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons;
  • Dense mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
  • Greens, pepper, salt – to taste.

Put in milk of room temperature drying – they have to absorb it. At the same time it is necessary to watch that they wouldn't become limp, and were only softened. While drying lie in milk, prepare a stuffing.

Cut greens and a bulb more small. Salt and pepper forcemeat, connect in one ware to onions and greens, mix everything properly – better hands. Grate cheese. 

Prepare a baking tray, oil it. Spread on it drying and fill with forcemeat. Now everyone from above should be greased slightly with mayonnaise, then to fill up with a grated cheese. Place a baking tray in the oven warmed up to the temperature of 260 degrees.
