  • - water.

Instruction

1. It is necessary to pick sea-buckthorn berries at the end of summer or an early autumn when this plant completely ripens. When collecting don't tear off a fruit stem of berries and break several branches of a sea-buckthorn since tea from them will help to cope with elevated pressure.
