  • - 10 royal shrimps;
  • - 0.5 l of sunflower oil;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 tablespoons of ice water;
  • - 1 tablespoon of starch;
  • - 4 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce.

Instruction

1. Mix small cut garlic with olive oil. Cover with this marinade in advance defrozen shrimps and leave for 20 minutes.

2. When shrimps are ready, make batter. For this purpose mix flour with starch, add a soy-bean sauce and ice water. Carefully mix everything, without shaking up.

3. Heat 500 ml of sunflower oil in a frying pan. Fry in it shrimps, previously having dipped them in batter. Then lay out on a napkin that will get rid of excess fat. Ready shrimps tempura give with a lemon and a soy-bean sauce.
