Instruction

1. First of all carefully wash out tomatoes then let's them dry or rub off them dry a clean kitchen towel. Then by means of a knife on the end of each fruit make crosswise cuts. By the way, best of all to salt tomatoes in a package small as salting down large tomato requires more time.

2. Then cut out at everyone tomatoes of a fruit stem and make small slanting cuts on the cut-out place. In such look place vegetables in the prepared package from cellophane.

3. Crush bitter pepper together with the peeled garlic gloves on rather small pieces. Lay out small cut vegetables to tomatoes in a plastic bag. Then there add the following components: dry umbrellas of garlic, granulated sugar and also coarse salt.

4. A plastic bag with vegetables, having densely tied, properly stir up several times. It needs to be made in order that salt with granulated sugar were evenly distributed. After this procedure place tomatoes in one same package. In such look leave them at the room temperature.
