Instruction

1. The guelder-rose is applied at treatment of cold. For this purpose you will need one tablespoon of berries on two hundred milliliters of water. Fill in berries with boiled water and you cook on weak fire within ten-fifteen minutes. Cool broth. Accept on one tablespoon of broth mixed with one tablespoon of honey three times a day. Medicine should be used in half an hour after a meal.

2. Guelder-rose berries in mix with honey, onions, a lemon and juice of an aloe are applied to treatment of bronchitis. To prepare mix, put in the enameled pan of half a kilo of berries of a guelder-rose, half a kilo of honey and the same amount of small cut onions. Cover a pan and you weary within four hours on a water bath. Filter structure, add to it juice of one lemon and a half of a glass of juice of an aloe. Accept on one tablespoon of mix three times a day after a meal. Mix should be stored in the fridge.

5. From berries of a guelder-rose it is possible to make jelly. For this purpose you will need kilogram of a guelder-rose and kilograms of sugar. Take out a guelder-rose from boiled water, fill in berries with two glasses of warm water and you cook until berries become soft. Wipe a guelder-rose through a sieve, mix with sugar and you cook within fifty minutes. Spread out jelly on hot banks, cool. Jelly should store kalinovy in the fridge.

6. It is possible to make juicy hot sauce of a guelder-rose. In order that to make it, drench guelder-rose berries with boiled water and wipe them through a sieve. Add sugar at the rate of sugar half a kilo on guelder-rose half a kilo, a half of a teaspoon of citric acid and small cut bitter pepper to the wiped berries. Wait until sugar is dissolved.
