Why once we get up because of a table with feeling of ease and inflow of energy, and in another we feel weight and drowsiness? The answer is in food. It appears, there are products which are compatible with each other and their use does well to us. And there are products which are better for not mixing in one plate as the similar combination can do much harm.

Interaction of the products which aren't processed by heat in ready-to-eat meals

Remember how often you cook summer salad from tomatoes and cucumbers? Perhaps, every day? As well as the majority, you consider that it has to infuse a little before the use? Here in vain, as at long influence of a cucumber and tomato at each other all useful substances, and especially vitamin C which contains in tomatoes are neutralized. Thus, vitamin salad loses all the useful properties. From this a simple conclusion – to use vegetables separately or not to store salad too long. By the way, long-term joint storage is contraindicated also to other products. Especially it concerns dishes where mix the crude and processed components, for example, of sushi. Rice or cheese can serve as nutritive matters for possible bacteria which were in fish. Therefore the Japanese dishes need to be eaten right after preparation.  

Milk

Time concerned a question of seafood, it is worth discrediting the notorious myth about herring with milk. Theoretically such combination doesn't bear in itself danger to life (except for an allergy to components) and even forshmak forms a basis for a traditional Jewish dish. However experts unanimously repeat that it is better not to mix and use milk with anything separately from everything. Especially it concerns some fruit and sour berries, such as lemon, kiwi, banana, currant.  

Melon and watermelon

Also "loner products" in the use are the melon and watermelon. The melon isn't recommended to wash down even with water since it can cause disorder of intestines. Watermelon contains a lot of moisture which prevents digestion of other food.  

Drinks

Any drinks and food are those products which are better for dividing. Most of nutritionists recommend to stand minutes ten before washing down food not to dissolve stomach enzymes. Alcoholic beverages aren't compatible to some food too.  

Compatibility of alcohol with food

Cognac

It is more preferable to use in the form of digestive half an hour later after a meal as a separate dish and it to have a snack on nothing.  

Beer

With peanut too not the best partners since intoxicated drink destroys all minerals in the last.  

Cocktails

Fans mix strong alcohol with soda can wait for disappointment since sugar promotes fast absorption of alcohol. As result, fast intoxication and heavy hangover.
