The recipe of very light and at the same time tasty cream soup from champignons is offered to your attention. If you want this dish to be fast, don't add some cream. This soup with a droplet of nutmeg will be to the taste to all family.

It is required to you

  • For preparation of this light soup it will be required to you:
  • 400 гр champignons,
  • average head of onions,
  • salt – to taste,
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg (I also added a few special spices to mushrooms),
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 0.3 liters of water,
  • 200-250 ml of cream of 10% of fat content.

Instruction

1. We wash out champignons, we clean from a skin and we cut on small pieces. We cut onions into cubes and we fry on olive oil within 5 minutes.

2. We add champignons to be fried to onions, on average fire we fry mushrooms of 15 minutes until ready.

3. We put several beautiful pieces of champignons aside – they will serve as ornament to soup.

4. We spread mushrooms with onions in a pan, we fill in with water, we salt, we add nutmeg and, having brought mix to the boil, we cook 10 minutes. We add cream to the cooked mushroom broth, we bring to the boil. We crush slightly cooled down soup by means of the blender in puree.

5. When giving we decorate soup with pieces of mushrooms.
