  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 70 ml of milk;
  • - 1 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 300 g of mayonnaise;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - greens;
  • - pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For the champignons baked with cheese:
  • - 1 kg of champignons;
  • - 6 heads of onions;
  • - 300 g of cheese;
  • - 250 g of sour cream;
  • - 5-6 garlic gloves;
  • - ½ glasses of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 egg.

Instruction

1. Bouquet salad Rub off champignons a napkin and small cut. Clean onions and crush a knife. Then fry mushrooms together with onions on vegetable oil. Salt, pepper and cool. Wash out chicken fillet and boil in slightly added some salt water. Separately cook carrots and beet. Cut chicken fillet and carrots small into cubes. Cook 4 hard boiled eggs. Cool and shell then small chop together with kernels of walnuts. The prepared products: connect the champignons fried with onions, boiled chicken fillet and carrots, eggs and walnuts, dress with mayonnaise. Properly mix everything and lay out the hill in a deep salad bowl.
