Shrimps and arugula CAESAR salad

Caesar salad can be diversified, made it more refined and more nourishing if to prepare it with shrimps and arugula.

It is required to you

  • Shrimps – 0.5 kg
  • Arugula - 2 bunches
  • Bread - 150 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100 ml
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Soy-bean sauce – 2 tsps.
  • Olive oil – 0.3-0.5 St.
  • Lemon juice – 1-1.5 tablespoons.
  • Cherie's tomatoes - 6 pieces.
  • Parmesan – 100 g
  • Salt

Instruction

1. We begin cooking of salad with preparation of croutons: - for this purpose we take bread, we cut in small cubes and we dry them in the frying pan which is in advance oiled olive and segment of garlic.

2. We cook sauce: - Mayonnaise and olive oil is shaken up by a nimbus. We add a lemon, two cloves of the crushed garlic there and well we mix everything to homogeneous mass.

3. We prepare shrimps: - Crude shrimps we wash and we dry. In a frying pan we pour out a soy-bean sauce and we fry on it shrimps within 7-10 minutes, stirring slowly with a spoon. Then we give them will cool down and we clean.

4. We wash arugula in cool water, we dry and we send to deep ware. There we add a half of our sauce, a shrimp and it is carefully mixed. Then, we shift everything to a plate, from above we spread croutons and segments of tomato. We place the remained sauce in a pastry bag and we decorate salad, from above we grate parmesan or any other hard cheese.
