Instruction
1. Warm up oil in a frying pan and fry onions 2 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, prepare 1 - 2 more minutes until onions become golden. Enter a turmeric, paprika, 1-2 teaspoons of garam-masala and it is a little salt. Prepare 1 minute.
