House preparation will require the germinated seeds of wheat or barley which are slightly dried in a dry hot frying pan and the coffee grinder in which they will be milled. It is better to use ready flour at once while it contains a maximum of useful substances, however storage of ready flour within 10 months in densely closed bank in the dry, dark and cool place is allowed.

As it is correct to use
Directions of use of this product in food there is great variety, however most often it is used for preparation of porridges, as additive in soup or sauce, in meat cutlet forcemeat.
Very conveniently and well to cook from such flour useful sweets with addition of honey, nuts, raisin.
Whether you know? In Altai traditionally cook unusual drink on the basis of a talkan and black tea with addition of milk, butter and salt. Such tea has the phenomenal all-strengthening and toning properties.
