The simple recipe of tasty croissants to tea

If you look for the recipe of tasty pastries which won't take away a large number of time, then this article for you! These croissants cookies are preparing from the most minimum set of ingredients. Dough is kneaded simply, and ready pastries turn out fragrant and soft. As a stuffing we will use bedded fruit jelly. But the recipe allows to use also other fillings on your taste.

It is required to you

  • - margarine or butter – 200 g;
  • - sour cream – 200 g;
  • - flour – 3 glasses;
  • - soda – 1 teaspoon;
  • - fruit jelly – 200 g;
  • - icing sugar for powder.

Instruction

1. For the test we take 200 g of a desi or margarine. Margarine will approach creamy better. It shouldn't contain palm oil. We pull out oil or margarine from the fridge that became soft, and we knead a fork. Instead it is possible to kindle it on a water bath or in the microwave.

2. We extinguish soda, we pour out in oil. We add sour cream. It is also possible to add 1-2 spoons of granulated sugar – so dough will turn out more sweet.

3. Gradually adding flour, we knead dough. It turns out not abrupt, but quite fat.

4. We put an oven on a warming up to 180 degrees. We scale dough on four parts. From everyone we roll a circle about 3 mm thick. What will more thinly roll dough, that pastries will turn out more gentle. Cutting a circle from the center for radiuses, we divide it on 8-12 segments.

5. We cut fruit jelly bars 3-4 cm long, about 1 cm thick. We spread each bar on a wide edge of segment of the test (which goes on a circle). Length of bar has to be much less length of this edge, otherwise during baking the stuffing can follow outside. We wrap fruit jelly in test segments, slightly pressing edges.

6. We grease a baking tray with a desi or we cover paper for pastries. We spread on it croissants and we bake about 20 minutes – before formation of a ruddy crust. We take out ready croissants from an oven and we strew with icing sugar.
