Recipe for home-made cognac with vanillin

According to this recipe it is possible to make cognac both from vodka, and from well filtered moonshine.

It will be required to you:

 - 3 l of vodka or quality home-made moonshine;  

- 10 pieces of a carnation;

- 6 pieces of prunes;

 - 100 g of sugar;

 - 2 tablespoons of tea dry tea leaves;

 - vanillin bag. 

Put all ingredients in a glass jar and fill in with vodka (moonshine). Shake up liquid and remove for three days to the dark place. Once a day cognac needs to be shaken up carefully. In three days filter cognac and pour ready drink on bottles.

Preparation of home-made cognac on oak bark

This recipe house is slightly more difficult previous as demands bigger amount of ingredients.

The following products will be necessary for you:

 - 1 l of vodka;

 - 3 tsps of granulated sugar;

 - 300-400 g of mix from raisin, dogrose and dried apples.

 - 1 h l of juice of a lemon;

 - 2 tablespoons of bark of an oak;

 - ginger and vanillin on a knife tip.

Pour out vodka in a 3-liter can. Place oak bark in a sack from a gauze and hardly tie up. Add all necessary ingredients to vodka and carefully mix. Close to bank a kapron cover and place it in the dark place for 10 days. Every five days stir up liquid in bank. In 10 days filter home-made cognac on oak bark and pour it on bottles.

The recipe of home-made cognac on spices

This recipe will be pleasant to fans of "pepper corn" in drinks. Cognac on spices also simply, as drinks according to the previous recipes is cooked.

It is required to you:

 - 3 l of vodka;

 - 1 tablespoons of dry tea tea leaves (it is better to take the premium);

 - 5 laurel leaves;

 - 5 peas of a black pepper;

 - half of a pod of paprika;

 - 1 tablespoons of a dried melissa;

 - 3 tablespoons of sugar;

 - vanillin on a knife tip.

Put all spices in bank and fill in with vodka. Draw cognac of 10 days in the dark cool place then filter drink, wring out what remained in bank, and once again filter everything through a gauze. On it preparation of home-made cognac is finished, it is possible to pour it on bottles and to cork.
