  • Mayonnaise – 100 grams,

  • 0.5 teaspoons of dried fennel,
  • On a knife tip such seasonings as a turmeric and a curry,

1. For a start it is necessary to make marinade: in the boiling water (about a half of liter) to pour out such ingredients as salt, pepper, fennel, to add some seasoning, and then it needs to be cooled to room temperature.

2. While water begins to boil it is possible to cut fishes: take scales and cut off fins, remove all entrails.

3. After marinade cooled down, we put in it a greenling and we leave there for 2 hours.

4. Onions need to be cut either rings, or half rings. At this time it is possible to put to be warmed an oven.

5. We take a stewpan and we pour in it vegetable oil that on it the made onions were fried.

6. After the greenling lies in marinade and will become impregnated with it, it is possible to take out fishes and to allow excess liquid to flow down from it, and then to put over onions. The oven has to be warmed up to 220 degrees, roasting time – 30 minutes.
