Independent assembly of kitchen furniture - rather difficult business demanding certain skills in work with furniture. Usually its performance trusts in professionals, but in certain cases it is necessary to do it independently.
It is required to you
- Set of kitchen furniture, washing, the kitchen mixer, the screw driver with bat, the perforator with pobeditovy drill, screws, level, the fret saw with file tooth down, assembly gun with silicone sealant.
Instruction
1. Fasten legs to those lockers which have to stand on floor and establish them along wall on that place where they will stand, at distance of 10 cm from wall of kitchen. Rotating adjustable legs, you will expose cabinets strictly on level. In the cabinet body under washing if necessary make openings under water pipes. Cover cabinets with table-top. It has to adjoin the rear edge to wall, and the first line of table-top has to go over the edge of cabinets on 4 cm. Having exposed lockers so that the table-top lay on them quite so, accurately remove table-top. Fasten among themselves the cabinets standing on floor, from within by means of screws (4 screws on locker). In cabinet under washing attach corners for fastening of table-top. In the top partitions of cabinets drill openings for table-top fixture (4 on cabinet). Cover with table-top lockers and fasten it screws from within. If table-top compound (separate plate, angular kitchen, etc.), then fasten on table-top-shaped and Tee aluminum levels in places of joints.
2. Attach to panel wall if they are included in the package of kitchen, previously having made openings under sockets and wires. Using level, hang up the top lockers so that their bottom edge stood on the wall panel or tile, and the back wall of lockers densely adjoined to wall.
3. Hang doors on the top and lower lockers, previously having fastened to loop facades. If sliding lockers are included in the package, insert them and attach to them facades. It is also possible to establish to the place of the shelf and the handle.
4. Cut opening in table-top under washing taking into account that between washing and back wall the plinth has to be located. For this purpose plan opening contour under washing by marker and make on it opening under fret saw file. Attach the mixer to washing, previously having screwed in it flexible hoses of supply of water. On washing latch fixture, paste sealant, having slightly receded from edge. Fill distance between sealant and edge of washing by silicone sealant and establish washing with the mixer into place. From within cabinet attach washing to table-top. Remove residues of silicone from table-top.
5. Establish plastic corner for plinth on table-top, using silicone and screws. Latch in it plinth. Attach fixture for its installation on legs of cabinets to level of socle and latch socle.
