1. You remember initial problems of workshop. Do not litter working space at all with unnecessary units which as it would seem to you, could be useful ever in work. Buy the equipment and any objects only when they are really necessary. If in your workshop free space is formed, do not try to occupy it because the close room will not give comfort and wellbeing of all workshop in general.
2. If your workshop means the recreation room, do not do it in the main working room at all. Rest has to be separated from work, and in no way these two opposite things should not be crossed. Best of all to separate zone with sofa, the TV and small fishes wall or at least partition that and working did not think, to leave kind of on break, and at the same time the vacationer did not think of the forthcoming work, considering machines.
3. Get for a while into ""skin"" of the worker. Provide where he will go behind parts or other trifles where he will sit and that it is the most frequent to use. Try to simplify as much as possible work to you and your employees that all forces of workers have been directed to achievements of the goals of the enterprise, but not to ""travel"" on the room in search of the necessary things.
