Instruction
1. The one who wants to learn to work blows at home – will face sooner or later problem of high-quality fastening of boxing shell. Here it should be taken into account many factors: its size, the available place in the room, height of ceilings and so on. Nevertheless, it is possible to provide the most general and simple technology of fastening of pear at home, spending minimum of resources. At first you need to buy pear or to make it manually. It should not be huge as the boxing bag as – it not only is dangerous to hands, but also can be not always located in house conditions.
2. We choose the place for fixture. The most perfect place for its placement – room corner. Here pear will strongly not disturb and also you will be him to it access on the right and at the left. Also, in corner it strongly will not fluctuate and deviate back – it will give it stability at the strengthened stuffing. The distance from pear to walls has to be no more half a meter.
3. The following step – we do fixture. It will consist of two tubes. One – narrow. Another – wider. For a start – we drill hole in ceiling and we do bracket (by means of tree piece) for narrower tube. We screw it screws and we fix. It has to be fixed very strictly.
4. After that, we do two wooden bars which will envelop our tube and to rest in different directions walls. That is, we create bracket frame. For fastening of bars, we drill within the walls of hole too, we insert pieces of tree and we fasten bars screws. Rigid ""square"" between the cabin and walls turns out.
5. Now, to the received design, we weld (or we screw) wider tube to which we also will attach our pear. There is option when put on wider pipe from above spring, and already by the end of this spring – pear. Here you need already to solve. Or you want pear to be shaken, or – has been reliably fixed.
6. There is one more option when fluctuations of pear can be put out. We simply take and we tie three cords to pear. We fix the ends of these cords on wall. Such extension will help to extinguish quicker fluctuations from blows.
