All modern household appliances of big power demand availability in the house of grounding system. Grounding is connected to such devices by means of special contact in fork and the socket. In water-heating devices for connection of grounding there can be special terminal. To equip in the house and to connect to such devices grounding system quite simply.
It is required to you
- - the iron pin with a diameter of 16 mm 1.5 m long – 3 pieces;
- - steel wire with a diameter of 6 mm;
- - M10 bolts with nuts and washers;
- - perforator;
- - pobeditovy drill with a diameter of 8 mm;
- - invertor welding machine;
- - hammer;
- - sharpening machine;
- - wrenches.
Instruction
1. For installation of grounding use open area of the earth near the house. Previously on sharpening machine grind one side of three iron pins. By means of the invertor welding machine weld on the opposite edge of pins on one bolt of M10. Bolts weld at distance 50 mm from edge of pins. Mark three points where iron pins will be hammered on allotment.
2. The arrangement of pins can be any, but distance between them do not less than 3 m. One of options of arrangement of pins can be in what pins are hammered into the earth in tops of equilateral triangle with length of each edge equal or it is more than 3 m.
3. By means of hammer hammer pins into the earth. The welded bolts should not reach ground level of 50 mm. By means of the perforator punch through hole with a diameter of 8 mm in house wall. Punch opening nearby (0.5 - 2 m) from electric distribution panel. It becomes in order that at major repair of electrical wiring you could lay special wire with the grounding vein and connect grounding to it directly in distribution panel. The opening has to leave at the level of 50 – 100 mm from floor height from the inside of wall.
4. Get steel wire through the opening punched for it in wall. Fasten one edge of wire to the grounding terminal on the water heater body. Bending wire in necessary places, lay it along wall to exhaust outlet. From outer end of wall of the house lay wire to the pins hammered into the earth.
5. Put on washers the bolts welded on pins. Then reel up on bolts of 1 - 2 round of wire. Put on the second washer. Wind and strong tighten wire on bolt wrench. "Girdle" wire on pins, that is connect wire the beginning and the end of ground loop on 1 or 2 pins.
