  • - manure;
  • - mycelium of oyster mushroom and champignons;
  • - plastic bags.

Instruction

1. Find the raw materials called substrate, for cultivation of mushrooms of oyster mushrooms are stalks of corn, straw, cane, pod, chaff, buckwheat peel. Do not take the substrate touched by mold. To try cultivation of mushrooms, it is enough to take 7-10 kilograms of raw materials.

2. Buy 1 kg of mycelium of oyster mushroom. It is necessary to store it in the fridge at temperature of 2-4 Pages. Crush substrate to 0.5-5.0 cm. Fill up it in big pan and fill in with water. Bring water to boiling and you cook small raw materials of 15-20 minutes, and large – till two o'clock.

3. Drain water. Ready substrate does not exude with water, but has to be damp. Cool it up to 26-28 C.

4. Prepare two plastic bags enough big and strong. Wash up them and make perforation – in 4-5 cm from each other cut through holes with a diameter of 1-2 mm. Place packages for mushrooms in solution of chloric lime approximately for two hours. Stir up sacks to pour out solution.

5. Put substrate and mycelium in packages. You bring substrate in the portions on 200 g, and mycelium – on 10 g. Put them in turn, since mycelium. Tie packages and put them to the clean room at temperature of 20-22 With for 12-15 days.

6. Air the room 4 times a day. Do not allow rise of temperature and penetrations of flies – it will lead to death of mycelium of mushrooms.

7. In 7-10 days the surface of substrate will become covered by mycelium. Leave packages in the same room for 3-5 days. Then transfer to another - with temperature of 12-15 With, lit with daylight lamps or with natural lighting. Maintain humidity at the level of 85-95%.

8. In this room in 10-15 days you will notice rudiments of mushrooms. Cut polyethylene in these parts or remove it absolutely. Increase humidity in the room to 95-100%. Water substrate of the sprayer. Do not forget to air the room.

9. Reap crop of oyster mushrooms for 7-10 day after removal of film. It is the first wave of mushrooms. There will be also the second, but it is less, in 10-14 days.

10. For cultivation of champignons maintain temperature not lower than 12 With, and humidity – 85-90%. Champignons do not need light for growth therefore it is possible to arrange mycelium in the basement or dugout.

11. Make nutritious mix of straw and manure. This substrate should be prepared a month before landing. 250-300 kg of straw are necessary on 1 ton of manure. Mix this mix and leave without water and sunlight. Add 3 kg of sulfate of ammonium to accelerate decomposition. Stir this mix for uniformity.

12. At the first hashing bring 30 kg of plaster and humidify a little. Substrate will be ready in 25 days. Place mix in wooden boxes. Sporous myceliums of champignons are manure and grain. When landing pull down manure mycelium on pieces on 3 cm and lay on depth of 5 cm in ready substrate. Distance between pieces make 20 cm.

13. Put grain mycelium in a different way – lift 3 cm of compost and scatter grains evenly. Then put substrate back. Maintain indoor temperature at the level of 28 wasps. In 10 days it needs to be lowered to 20 wasps, and to fill up substrate with soil 2-3 cm high.

14. Then temperature in the room has to be about 15 wasps. Collect the first champignons in 35-40 days. In three months the fructification will end and everything should be repeated again.
